How soon can I access my new hosting?
You will receive the login details for the Plesk control panel in less than 5 minutes after purchasing your web hosting plan.
If you’ve also just registered or transferred a domain, it usually takes 2 to 3 hours for all DNS servers to update your website and use our hosting.
What happens if I use too much storage space?
It might happen that you reach the limit of your storage space, or that because of some unexpected event you even go over it. Instead, we will email you a few tips on how to decrease your storage space usage or how to easily upgrade your plan so that you have more than enough space to grow your business.
Can I migrate my website easily?

To make the transfer easy for you, we’ve created a website and email import tool for you. All you need to migrate your website is give us the FTP credentials of your current provider, then our tool will do the rest. It detects your CMS and automatically downloads the associated database(s) and all files. Importing your email accounts and messages is also super easy! We just need the login details of the email address with your current provider, then our tool will do the rest.
Is business email included?
Yes, it is. You can even create 10 business email addresses with a Start plan. With a Medium plan, you can create 50, and with an Unlimited plan, you can create unlimited business email addresses! You also get free SSL with all our web hosting plans. You can create email addresses for anyone you want at no extra cost.
If you’d like to, you can give them a storage space limit to keep their usage under control. Additional users can also use webmail and add email addresses to their email app on their computer or phone. The extensive spam and antivirus filter ensures that your mailboxes remain clean!
